The fee is charged per apartment per night. There is an additional charge of 15 € / per day for reservations shorter than 2 days. All bookings applications accepted by “1A” are subject to these terms and conditions that are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party. As the apartment is privately owned, please, during your stay in the apartment, take good care of the equipment and follow the house rules.

Check in/out requirements/Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, apartments will usually be made available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all apartments must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Keys must be returned by 10:00 on the same day, although prior arrangements may be able to be made for longer stays on departure date, or earlier check in on the day of arrival. The Client has to pay rental fee for whole booking period in advance or the latest while entering the apartment.

Discount of 10% is available for stays over 10 days, for stays over 30 days the discount is 20%.

The fee can be paid in cash, paypal or by SWIFT bank wire transfer.

Please note that SWIFT may take up to 7 days before and 1A has to receive the payment prior to your arrival.

“1A” only covers its own bank fees.


All additional service (1A*) will be determined during the key handover on your departure, and you will be given an invoice for those services. The payment may be done in cash or by Master and Visa credit cards, based on the Approval for Credit Card Charge.


Upon your arrival you will be given an approval statement to sign by which you confirm to “1A” to charge you Master or Visa card for the amount of all subsequent expenses (phone costs, additional cleaning, additional services and damages to the apartment or equipment).

“1A” thereby confirms and declares to use the provided information about the credit card only for the purposes stated herein.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Damage to the Apartment

Except in the case of normal wear and tear the Client will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. Such damage must be reported, the cost of the repair or replacement must be paid to 1A, and this cost will be debited automatically from the credit card.

Rights of Access and Termination by “1A”

Representatives of 1A or their subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the Client, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work. 1A has the right to terminate a booking at any time on the grounds of abuse to staff or other guests, mistreatment of the apartment or criminal activity on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests, in that case the Client will be charged for whole booking period and damages to the apartment and its content, also the Police will be informed about the issue. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time if the original property is not available for any reason. However in the event of cancellation of a booking from our side, we will organize the alternative accommodation or cover the cost for the alternative accommodation up to the amount of canceled booking.

Services and Cleaning of the apartment

The price of the rental includes housekeeping once a week for stays longer than 8 days, linen and towels (which will also be changed once a week for stays over 8 days), heating, electricity, water and television. The prices include rental charges for telephone equipment but exclude service charges for calls made.

Apartment is cleaned prior arrival of each Client, and he has to leave the apartment in reasonable condition.

More frequent cleanings are available on request and it is additionally charged 35 €.

The rental price does not include additional services which are not mentioned as included.


“1A” is committed to keep your personal information and information about your stay and not provide them to third persons. 1A is legally bound to provide your information to the police, due to regulation of your stay in Croatia, and to the Tourist Board of Zagreb, due to calculation of the tourist fee. If you wish your information to be provided to someone, please inform us about that. We only collect necessary basic data about our buyers/customers and inform our customers regarding the use of their information. We regularly provide the customers with the opportunity to remove their information from the mailing lists in marketing campaigns. All the information about the users are kept safe and are available only to employees on need to know basis. All the employees of the “1A” and business partners are responsible for keeping the privacy protection.


65% of the rent or the advanced deposit will be refunded if you cancel the apartment 30 days prior to arrival.

45% of the of the rent or the advanced deposit will be refunded if you cancel the apartment 20 days prior to arrival.

25% of the rent or the advanced deposit will be refunded if you cancel the apartment 10 days prior to arrival.

The rent / deposit may not be refunded if the cancellation took place 9 or less days prior to arrival. Received payment for additional services will be refunded completely, whereas the services provided by our partners will be refunded according to their terms.
